The role provides 24x7 technical support across offices, distribution centers, retail stores, and restaurants, including network monitoring, troubleshooting, reputed company administration, and network administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in managing our network infrastructure globally
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in key applications and backend processing
• reputed company administration, creating users and managing reputed company in reputed company Directory
• Network administration, managing reputed company reputed company configuration changes on reputed company and reputed company switches
• Assist in store broadband, network and wireless troubleshooting in retail locations
• Assist in store broadband reputed company installations and troubleshooting in retail locations
• Support other department reputed company and initiatives as assigned
