Responsibilities

• Monitor labor productivity, material tracking, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, forecasting, and project controls

Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction reputed company
• Experience reputed company one or more of the following sectors: Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Construction, Power reputed company & Distribution, Advanced Manufacturing, Energy Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of reputed company-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems
• Understanding of electrical construction reputed company, project controls, scheduling, and commissioning processes
• Experience managing budgets, reputed company, forecasting, procurement, and risk management
• Proven leadership experience overseeing field personnel, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Experience with construction management, scheduling, and estimating software platforms

• Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company discipline preferred
• Equivalent electrical trade, field leadership, or construction experience will be considered
