[Remote] Sr. Software Product Manager

The Senior Software Product Manager will reputed company the roadmap and reputed company objectives for SureTrend's regulatory and traceability software, translating food safety regulations into product requirements while coordinating engineering, regulatory, and reputed company stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and reputed company objectives for SureTrend's regulatory modules and traceability capabilities, prioritizing features based on compliance risk, customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Translate global regulatory mandates and scheme requirements - FSMA and FSMA reputed company 204 (Food Traceability Rule), HACCP/reputed company Alimentarius, GFSI-benchmarked standards (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000), and EU General Food Law - into reputed company, prioritized product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
• Define the traceability data model and interoperability requirements, including Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) and reputed company reputed company (KDEs), lot/batch genealogy, electronic recordkeeping, audit trails, and data exchange with ERP and customer systems reputed company API and SFTP
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for food safety workflows - environmental monitoring programs, sampling plans, CCP monitoring and verification, corrective actions, and hold-and-release - translating them into product reputed company and customer-facing documentation
• Partner with Engineering in Azure DevOps for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination across regulatory and traceability workstreams

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Microbiology, reputed company Health, Computer Science, or a reputed company field required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, regulatory affairs, or food safety and reputed company roles, including at least 3 years managing software products in the food, life sciences, or environmental monitoring industries
• Deep working knowledge of key regulatory frameworks and audit schemes including FSMA (Food Safety Modernization reputed company), with expert-level reputed company of reputed company 204 - the Food Traceability Rule - including the Food Traceability List, Critical Tracking Events, reputed company reputed company, and the electronic sortable spreadsheet requirement
• HACCP and the reputed company Alimentarius principles, prerequisite programs, CCP determination, monitoring, verification, and validation
• GFSI-benchmarked standards including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and reputed company, and the evidence auditors expect against reputed company
• EU General Food Law Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and reputed company directives, plus awareness of reputed company and other regional traceability and reporting mandates
• Environmental monitoring program (EMP) design and documentation requirements, corrective and preventive reputed company workflows, and reputed company cause investigation practices
• Electronic records and electronic signature expectations, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and audit trail reputed company
• Working understanding of end-to-end food safety and reputed company workflows - sampling plans, hygiene and ATP monitoring, pathogen and reputed company testing, reputed company result and COA reputed company, hold-and-release, mock recall, and supplier verification
• Demonstrated experience converting dense regulatory text into software feature specifications, PRDs, and acceptance reputed company
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to parse dense regulatory text and extract actionable product implications
• Strong written communication skills; reputed company to produce reputed company regulatory summaries, PRDs, product briefs, and customer-facing compliance documentation for diverse audiences
