[Remote] Pressure Vessel Design Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Pressure Vessel Design Engineer to support the design and compliance of CE-marked pressure equipment. The role focuses on PED classification, ASME reputed company VIII design calculations, material certification reviews, technical documentation, CAD drawing updates, risk analysis, and instructions for use.

Responsibilities

• Determine PED category (I–IV) based on design parameters and reputed company classification calculations
• Evaluate CMTRs (Certified Material Test Report) against standards and verify suitability under PMA
• Prepare, review, and update Particular Material Appraisals (PMAs)
• reputed company design calculations per ASME codes (reputed company VIII) for various materials (e.g., SA-479)
• Modify and update drawings in reputed company Inventor (labels, nameplates for CE-marked vessels)
• Conduct Risk & Hazard Analysis (RHA) based on design and intended use
• Review and revise Instructions for Use (IFU) reputed company with RHA and PED requirements
