[Remote] Contract Recruiter

The Contract reputed company Recruiter will support high-volume hiring for field-reputed company by managing the full reputed company cycle, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company across a high volume of field-reputed company, from intake through offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and timelines
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for placement, ensuring reputed company candidate presented to hiring managers meets or exceeds their expectations
• Proactively build and implement candidate-reputed company strategies using reputed company available reputed company tools
• Build a reputed company candidate experience: identify and anticipate candidate's needs; follow issues to closure; collaborate with the People Team to improve the candidate experience and meet the expectations of the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in high-volume or field-based hiring environments
• Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be highly organized with solid reputed company of personal accountability and the desire to be adaptable reputed company tasked with multiple requests
• Must have solid attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
