The role involves supporting the development and implementation of learning products while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs cause, knowledge, or gap analyses to help determine appropriate learning delivery reputed company
• Develops course guides for curriculum or EvolvEd courses to support facilitation of courses
• Determines the suitable instructional design method, media selection, and facilitation style for the implementation of organizational interventions and solutions
• Constructs supportive materials to enhance performance improvement strategies
• Aligns new and existing course content with reputed company instructional reputed company including instructor-led, e-learning, and reputed company approaches
• Maintains a reputed company understanding of nursing and reputed company professions curriculum or reputed company development research and trends reputed company to online teaching and learning practices
• Designs and executes online course assembly, creation, and packaging reputed company the Learning Management reputed company (LMS) and authoring tools in partnership with reputed company subject matter experts
• Develops and refines tests, scoring guides, and curriculum
• Maps course topics, objectives, and assignments into program designs to demonstrate that standards are met, and assessment is achievable

• Participates in the successful implementation of other functional reputed company as they reputed company
• Devise new processes, or refine existing ones, to optimize training development process

Skills

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Learning Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Assessment, Learning Design, Curriculum Design, or a reputed company field is required
• A minimum of three years of participating in the design of learning technology, software, or learning environments is required
• A minimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and authoring tools is required
• Demonstrated experience designing assessments reputed company distance learning experiences is required
• Demonstrated understanding of concept-based, competency-based, project-based, and other learning design models is required
• Demonstrated experience contributing to learning design systems with numerous stakeholders and requirements is required
• A minimum of three years of experience gathering and applying peer-reviewed scholarly research and user research is preferred
• Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education preferred
• Experience in reputed company-credentialing preferred
