Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to reputed company strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
• reputed company employee relations investigations, performance improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts while ensuring consistent application of company policies and employment laws
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, HRIS transactions, leave administration, training compliance, and workforce planning
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement, retention, and operational performance
• Build strong relationships across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and championing a reputed company, high-performing workplace culture

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
• Three or more years of reputed company Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, HR compliance, and performance management
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• reputed company experience HIGHLY preferred
• Experience supporting multiple locations or multi-state operations preferred
• HR certification (reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
