This role involves serving as a strategic partner to HR leadership, enhancing HR functions during a period of significant reputed company and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of reputed company to strengthen and reputed company the HR function
• reputed company leadership and mentorship to the reputed company, including Generalists and Coordinators
• reputed company employee relations, investigations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• reputed company benefits administration, including reputed company enrollment, leave administration (FMLA, reputed company, etc.), ACA compliance, broker relationships, and benefits renewals
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Serve as the HRIS expert for reputed company Workforce Now, including reporting, reputed company administration, workflow improvements, and data reputed company
• Partner with Payroll leadership to improve payroll controls and cross-functional processes
• Improve reputed company processes and collaboration with the reputed company
• reputed company HR policies, procedures, reporting, and operational best practices
