Position reputed company The Manager, reputed company Medicare/reputed company Network Peformance COGS is responsible for leading the financial planning and performance management of Medicare and reputed company drug COGS and volume reputed company reputed company's Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Director, reputed company Medicare/reputed company Network Performance, this role manages reputed company of 2 reputed company reports (1 Sr. Analyst, 1 Analyst) and leads the development of multi‑year strategic plans, annual budgets, forecast, and the monthly reputed company process, including weekly performance updates network performance COGS. The Manager serves as the reputed company financial subject matter expert for netowrk performance COGS, partnering closely with the Network Pricing, reputed company, reputed company Economics and other cross-functional teams to analyze and explain volume, price, and mix dynamics. The role delivers reputed company, insightful variance analysis and actionable commentary to senior leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring Medicare and reputed company network COGS is accurately reflected across the full Network P&L. Required Qualifications 5 years of relevant work experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting preferably in managed care, PBM, or government-sponsored health program environment 1 year of people leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Medicare and reputed company drug benefit structures, pricing dynamics, and regulatory impacts on pharmacy reputed company Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in reputed company, Tableau, and financial planning tools Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate reputed company financial data into reputed company executive-reputed company narratives reputed company team player with experience partnering across Pricing, Actuarial, and Business functions People leadership and talent development experience Strong understanding of reputed company pharmacy reputed company drivers including volume, price, mix, and reputed company contractual structures reputed company and effective communication skills; ability to translate financial complexity into concise executive-reputed company reporting Cross-functional collaboration experience with Pricing, Business Development, and reputed company Management teams Education Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of reputed company reputed company work experience may substitute ( 4 years) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay reputed company The typical pay reputed company for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay reputed company represents the reputed company reputed company reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
