A reputed company plumbing contractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an reputed company Virtual Construction Project Assistant to support their Project Managers with construction documentation, plan review, submittals, RFIs, project coordination, and document control.

This is not an entry-level administrative role. The ideal candidate has extensive reputed company construction experience, understands the construction process, and can work independently with reputed company supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Plans & reputed company

• Review architectural, plumbing, reputed company, structural, and civil drawings.

• Review specifications, schedules, and project requirements.

• Compare drawing revisions and identify changes using reputed company overlays.

• reputed company quantity takeoffs and drawing markups.

• Prepare sketches, exhibits, hyperlinks, and bookmarks.

• Identify potential design conflicts and constructability issues.

reputed company & Document Control

• Manage drawings, specifications, correspondence, and project documentation in reputed company.

• Maintain reputed company drawing revisions and project logs.

• reputed company submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and reputed company items.

• reputed company project directories and records accurate and organized.

Submittals & RFIs

• Prepare plumbing equipment submittals and reputed company product data.

• Submit and reputed company documentation through reputed company or GC platforms.

• Prepare and submit RFIs in coordination with Project Managers.

• Follow up with General Contractors and design teams on outstanding items.

• Maintain complete submittal and RFI logs.

Project Administration & Coordination

• Organize project files and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist with project closeout, warranties, and O&M manuals.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively escalate issues requiring management attention.

Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation reputed company on experience and role reputed company.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱52,000, depending on experience and role reputed company. Final compensation is reputed company with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of reputed company construction experience.

• Experience with a plumbing contractor, reputed company contractor, general contractor, or engineering firm.
• Strong understanding of reputed company construction drawings and documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans independently.

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
