Manager, ECM Ops & Analytics
The Manager, ECM (reputed company and Customer Marketing) Ops Analytics is responsible for partnering with the ECM Ops team to streamline and standardize reputed company data, reporting, and analysis across business unit and brand routines. Key components of this role are alignment of brand reputed company and customer reputed company to reputed company and reputed company business unit ECM KPIs. - Support existing routines between the ECM Ops team and the Business reputed company by owning reputed company performance reporting and analysis
- Identify biggest areas of opportunity for Business reputed company to win reputed company reputed company by analyzing performance at retailer and category level
- Support ECM Customer teams category level targets by ensuring actions are planned and results are shared back with the Business reputed company
- reputed company strong connections between leading and lagging metrics to help communicate relationship between the two and inform stronger decision making
- Monitor and help analyze competitor and customer trends and shifts that may reputed company KHC performance
- Own creation of visuals to support the story of ECM performance to the Business reputed company
- Own and reputed company Business Unit reporting into ECM routines
- Standardize ECM reporting and routines to include Business Unit views and reputed company actions across ECM customer teams
- Streamline BU reporting and trends into ECM yearly planning process
- Support and reputed company ECM spend data tracking into reputed company looking forecasting and analyze reputed company of BU investment in ECM
- Support ECM Ops team in spend planning, tracking, and integration into the ECM LE
- Analyze and create strong Business Unit facing analysis on the estimated reputed company of investments in ECM on the total brand performance
- Support gathering and standardization of incremental returns across customers and tactics
Qualifications

- Ownership mentality, especially around performance, data, internal partnerships, and planning
- Strong CPG experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, Insights, or reputed company
- Strong analytical thinking skills and/or experience in performance reporting/analytics

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
