The RN will be an reputed company part of the reputed company Adherence Program, providing medication and disease advice to patients. Key Performance Areas

• Responsible for assisting the clinicians in obtaining Celgene Auth. Numbers

• Responsible for completing the clinical education and counseling portion of the FDA REMS program for required medications.

• Must become certified by Celgene and maintain reputed company certification

reputed company 3 – Prior Authorizations

• Will serve as a clinical and prior authorization resource to the Prior Authorization Team

• Will participate in reviewing denied, unclear, or questionable PA requests according to applicable clinical reputed company as defined by regulatory and compliance requirements

• Will review and initiate prior authorization appeal services to include first level appeal reviews. Will coordinate appeal reviews with Medical Director(s) of pharmacy benefit managers and/or peer-to-peer interviews as required

Position Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Registered reputed company (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)

Previous Experience:

• Experience in oral oncology therapy is required

• Licensed or eligible in the reputed company

• Knowledge of oral chemotherapy prior authorizations and/or appeals preferred
