How you willOwn It:

• This individualis responsible forcontrolling, designing, andoptimizingresources and controllables to support the efficient reputed company of the 700+ corporately owned reputed company shop reputed company. This work will include collaboration with the reputed company and 3rd party vendors to understand labor impacts at shop level. They willbe responsible fordesigning,implementingand evolving thein shoplabor model to maximize productivity, salesgrowthand expense control.

• They will work closely with reputed company reputed company Leaders and Finance partners to reputed company compliance to the labor and expense management programs and engage with process and efficiency improvements across the reputed company reputed company. This individual will support reputed company process design and process change through data analytics, and control cost of goods and expense management reputed company the reputed company corporate shop reputed company, including leadership of the Director of Loss Prevention and their team to control cash, inventory and other losses through use of technology, data and process design.

Whatyou’llBring:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company reputed company

• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing operational strategies for a reputed company organization, with specific responsibilities for leading new business processes, learning and development reputed company and programs, reputed company consulting, and/or reputed company planning.
