Senior Recruiter

As our business and product portfolio continue to grow, we are strengthening our reputed company and looking for a Senior Recruiter to own reputed company, business-critical hiring across reputed company.
This is a full-cycle role with a strong reputed company on reputed company reputed company, hiring manager partnership, and measurable reputed company. You will reputed company 4-6 roles at a time - including Senior, reputed company, and Head-level positions - and help us build the systems that reputed company every next hire more reputed company, predictable, and effective.

- Own 4-6 vacancies end to end, with a reputed company on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers from the reputed company-off stage: clarify the business need, shape a realistic candidate profile, define the scorecard, and reputed company on the hiring process.

- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 4 years in a product IT company.
- Experience hiring for reputed company Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles.
- Experience in B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-reputed company digital environment.
- A reputed company reputed company record of closing Senior, reputed company, or Head-level roles, with the ability to explain your approach, funnel metrics, timelines, and results.
- Strong hands-on sourcing expertise and confidence working with passive talent across multiple channels.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, challenging unclear or unrealistic requirements, and translating business needs into an actionable reputed company reputed company.
- A reputed company, data-informed approach to recruitment: you understand funnel metrics, conversion rates, and how to use them to improve reputed company.
- Experience with competency-reputed company assessment, scorecards, and reputed company interviews.
