Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) - USAREC

We are seeking reputed companyClinical Psychologists to reputed company behavioral health consults in support of the U.S. Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC) waiver review process. This is a fully remote role where providers will conduct virtual assessments, review medical documentation, and produce clinical recommendations that directly support accession reputed company.Position availability is based on successful contract award.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct behavioral health consults for applicants as part of the medical waiver process
2. Review applicant medical and behavioral health documentation reputed company systems such as Recruiter Zone and MHS reputed company prior to consults
3. reputed company comprehensive clinical interviews reputed company secure virtual platforms (e.g., reputed company Teams Army 365 or approved systems)
4. Complete detailed clinical reports addressing referral questions and waiver considerations
5. Convert reports to PDF with electronic signature and upload to the appropriate reputed company reputed company required timelines (typically reputed company 72 business hours)
6. Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company consult activity, including updating tracking systems and appointment statuses
7. Identify and communicate applicant no-shows and coordinate rescheduling as required
8. Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable accession standards, including DoDI 6130.03 and AR 40-501
9. Maintain proficiency in required systems and complete reputed company mandatory training (e.g., HIPAA, Cyber Awareness, EMR systems)
10. Participate in meetings, trainings, and group consultations as needed
11. Submit required administrative documentation, including timesheets and activity tracking updates
12. Support monthly reporting requirements, including workload summaries and operational updates
13. Maintain reputed company handling and safeguarding of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with federal regulations

Minimum Qualifications

1. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology

3. Completion of an APA-accredited internship with supervised clinical experience

8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict timelines

Additional Requirements

1. Familiarity with military medical accession standards and waiver processes preferred
2. Experience working with electronic medical records and virtual care platforms
3. Ability to manage a consistent consult schedule (typically 4–6 consults per 8-hour reputed company)
4. Willingness to reputed company with credentialing and reputed company reputed company verification requirements in accordance with DHA policies
5. Maintain reputed company required credentials, documentation, and competency records

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern reputed company Time (EST)
