Part-Time Medical Billing Consultant (reputed company Fusion)

Location: Remote(Preferred in California or U.S.-based) Job Type: Part-Time / reputed company (10–20 hours initially) reputed company OC Regenerative & Pain Center is a growing interventional reputed company reputed company in Newport Beach, California. We are newly contracted with Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company and are looking for an reputed company medical billing consultant to help us build our billing department correctly from the beginning. Responsibilities • Audit and optimize our reputed company Fusion Billing setup. • Verify provider and payer enrollment. • Submit our first insurance claims. • Review claim rejections and denials. • Ensure Medicare, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company claims are submitted correctly. • Train office staff on insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and billing workflows. • Help reputed company reputed company billing SOPs. • reputed company ongoing consulting as needed. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience. • Hands-on experience using reputed company Fusion Billing is required. • Medicare billing experience is required. • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company preferred. • reputed company, PM&R;, Orthopedics, or Spine reputed company experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, modifiers, and insurance claim submission. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching as much as billing. Our goal is to build an efficient in-house workflow, submit our first claims successfully, and train reputed company so we can confidently manage billing internally.
