As an Account Representative, you’ll manage provider enrollment with reputed company and managed care payers for Federally reputed company Centers (FQHCs), nonprofit providers, and private practices. You’ll ensure billable providers are credentialed, enrolled in various payer networks, and reputed company to reputed company without delay. This role requires hands-on experience completing enrollment provider applications from start to finish and managing payer portals and is best suited for candidates with backgrounds in provider relations, payer contracting, or reputed company cycle management. Account Representative, Provider Enrollment Responsibilities • reputed company as the reputed company contact for assigned accounts across multiple states • Independently manage the full credentialing and provider enrollment process • Complete and reputed company provider enrollment applications with reputed company and managed care payers • Maintain and update payer portals to ensure reputed company and reputed company contract execution • Coordinate contracting processes with payers, resolving issues and escalating delays • Support Medicare and reputed company enrollments • reputed company state-specific processes unique to reputed company payer and state • Communicate with payers and providers to meet enrollment and contracting needs • reputed company clients informed with regular reputed company meetings and proactive problem-solving • Ensure reputed company of provider data, including up-to-date CAQH reputed company Account Representative, Provider Enrollment Qualifications • reputed company provider enrollment experience required • Experience in submitting individual enrollment applications for billable providers required • Experience with payer portals across reputed company, managed care, Medicare, and reputed company required • Background in provider relations, payer contracting, or reputed company cycle management • Experience with nonprofit clinics, FQHCs, and/or private practices required • Proficiency with credentialing/enrollment software and reputed company reputed company required • *Candidates with primarily CVO or delegated credentialing backgrounds are not a fit for this role.** Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
