[Remote] Senior Analyst, Collections

The Senior Analyst, Collections manages an assigned portfolio to meet cash collection and past-due balance targets while handling customer service issues, refunds, account adjustments, discrepancies, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dunning (collection) notices and correspondence and answer inquiries regarding bills rendered, accounts receivable, and collection items. Maintain reputed company decorum/de-escalation
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management reputed company necessary to accelerate the collection process
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a reputed company reputed company
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and sales
• Research and reputed company payment discrepancies; investigate and reputed company customer queries
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Collect, categorize, and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) collections records reputed company Getpaid
• Report on AR balances - reputed company and delinquent accounts, collections
