The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports advertising, marketing, and communications initiatives to build brand awareness and increase physician referrals, while coordinating campaign execution, approvals, budgets, meetings, and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator supports reputed company’s advertising, marketing and communications programs and initiatives in order to build brand awareness, increase physician referrals, etc
• This position is part of reputed company that develops, executes, tracks and measures advertising activities on behalf of FCS
• This job will support the director of marketing in the day-to-day management and tracking of reputed company advertising and marketing initiatives and will include the coordination with internal project coordinator and reputed company agency partners and resources
• The coordinator will obtain and reputed company required approvals of creative, placements and budget expenditures, reputed company with multiple teams (both internally and externally) as needed, schedule and organize recurring meetings to facilitate marketing updates among team members, reputed company partners, etc. as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, reputed company relations, marketing or reputed company field
• 5+ years experience in a marketing role
