The role manages operational stability, coordinates incident, problem, and change activities, analyzes recurring issues, develops documentation, and drives automation and reputed company improvement across infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily infrastructure operations to maintain high availability, performance, and reliability of critical business services
