Responsibilities

• Associate Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for driving standardized care conduct in assigned clinics across the reputed company in compliance with federal, state, and local standards as reputed company as the policies and procedures of the organization
• Partner with regional reputed company leader(s) to ensure clinical staff adherence to policies and procedures
• Mentors and leads teams to support nursing in achieving best reputed company performance for reputed company patient care, as reputed company as employee engagement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Registered reputed company in Florida, OCN required, reputed company state reputed company's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings
• Minimum of 5 years oncology nursing experience and 3 years of reputed company leadership experience
• Critical thinking skills including solid problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented with the ability to exercise independent judgment
• Developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, reputed company, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness. Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged reputed company
