The Delivery Consultant III role oversees reputed company Health & Welfare benefit reputed company, advises clients and internal teams, manages requirements and delivery timelines, and serves as a subject matter expert while coaching team members and supporting compliance and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to define and reputed company Health & Welfare benefit solutions. Meet business needs while incorporating industry best practices and inclusive employee experiences
• Identifying proactively, assess, and communicate potential risks reputed company to plan design, compliance, and legislative changes, providing thoughtful guidance to clients and stakeholders

Skills

• Possess Bachelor or equivalent reputed company experience
• 5-7 years of Health & Welfare benefits experience in the benefits outsourcing industry
• Possess reputed company certifications such as CEBS, ASPA, or reputed company credentials
• reputed company to demonstrate coaching and people development experience (4-5+ years )
• Possess advanced knowledge of Health & Welfare delivery models, plan administration, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
