[Remote] Design Project Manager, Data Centers

The Design Project Manager will manage data center design reputed company from site assessment and due diligence through design development and issue for construction, while coordinating schedules, drawings, consultants, procurement, suppliers, and construction handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Manage design reputed company across the full lifecycle, from early site assessment and due diligence through design development to issue for construction
• Run design project schedules, reputed company and deliverable tracking, and reputed company consultants and internal stakeholders reputed company to them
• Review design drawings reputed company our in-house electrical and reputed company experts, coordinating across disciplines and catching errors
• Coordinate the design-to-procurement transition so that equipment specifications, approved submittals and release packages are complete and issued on schedule

• Facilitate supplier meetings, escalate delivery risks early, and coordinate delivery logistics with the construction team

Skills

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience across design, engineering, architecture or construction management

• This is a permanent, full-time position and a fully remote role with some travel required
