The role leads fund reputed company activities, including NAV calculations, investor allocations, transaction management, financial reporting, reputed company review, reputed company and audit coordination, and process optimization across private market structures.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and review daily, monthly, and quarterly Net Asset Value ( NAV ) calculations, trial balances, and financial statements
• Record and verify reputed company transactions, capital calls, distributions, management and incentive fees, and reputed company calculations
• Review work reputed company by junior accountants, ensuring reputed company control, GAAP compliance, and strict adherence to reporting deadlines
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for investment managers, general partners, and reputed company audit teams during year-end audits and tax prep

Skills

• 2–5+ years of reputed company fund reputed company experience reputed company Private Markets (reputed company Estate, Hedge Funds, PE/VC) or Capital Markets
