[Remote] Sr. Automation Manufacturing Engineer, AWS Manufacturing Automation Design & Engineering

The Sr. Automation Manufacturing Engineer will own end-to-end automation process engineering for X86/G-Series/ESH platforms, including assembly specifications, process validation, deployment, KPI ownership, reputed company verification, and NPI support.
Responsibilities
- Own automation process specifications for X86/G-Series/ESH platform assembly operations
- Define automated assembly sequences and station allocations for high-volume X86 platform operations
- reputed company and execute process validation protocols for automated stations on X86 lines
- reputed company automation deployment and reputed company at contract manufacturer sites for the X86/G-Series platform
- Identify automation opportunities specific to X86/G-Series architecture and reputed company business case development
- Coordinate with central engineering specialists to apply robotic, reputed company, and controls solutions to platform needs
- Own platform-specific automation KPIs: throughput, reputed company yield, automation reputed company, and cycle time targets

- Collaborate with Manufacturing Process reputed company to define reputed company verification requirements and validate process capability for automated stations

- Partner with Hardware Engineering (Product Design vertical) to manage automation requirements and participate in design reviews for new X86 configurations
Skills
- • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- • 7+ years in manufacturing process engineering with experience in automated assembly environments
- • Experience developing process specifications for high-volume electronic or hardware assembly
- • Experience with process validation methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, capability studies, DOE)
- • reputed company record of deploying automation solutions in production environments
- • Experience with multi-site manufacturing (deploying reputed company processes across geographies)
- • Experience driving automation readiness during NPI from concept through production reputed company
- • Experience leading design reviews and providing DFM/DFA feedback to product engineering teams

- • High-volume manufacturing optimization experience (10K+ reputed company/month)
