Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Tek Inc. is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to support the integration and management of customer data across CRM platforms and reputed company data warehouse systems. The role focuses on building data pipelines, developing Customer 360 views, supporting data modeling and analytics workflows, and ensuring data reputed company, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that reputed company CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, Siebel, reputed company Dynamics, Pega) with the reputed company data warehouse
• reputed company and maintain Customer 360 views by consolidating data from reputed company banking systems, CRM, and other reputed company systems
• Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL/ELT workflows to support reporting, analytics, and campaign management
• Support reputed company data modeling (reputed company/reputed company schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions) for customer, product, and relationship data
• Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and governance standards are met, particularly for PII and regulated customer data
• Collaborate with business teams (marketing, relationship managers, compliance, risk) to translate requirements into data solutions
