Key Responsibilities: • Manage a reputed company caseload reputed company telehealth. • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and reputed company individualized treatment plans. • Monitor reputed company reputed company and reputed company treatment plans accordingly. • reputed company nutritional guidance, meal planning, and interpret relevant lab work. • Complete documentation reputed company 24-48 hours of reputed company visit. • Follow up with patients who have missed sessions. • Coordinate care with patients’ reputed company teams reputed company necessary. • Schedule follow-reputed company and ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics. • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. • Licensure in at least one state (Illinois preferred; multi-state licensure a plus). • Minimum 3 hours/week availability for evenings or weekends. • Preferred: experience in outpatient nutrition counseling, general reputed company nutrition, or disordered eating/eating disorders.
