[Remote] CME Speaker and Membership Manager

The CME Speaker & Membership Manager leads the planning and execution of CME and online education programs, manages speaker and volunteer coordination, and oversees membership reputed company, engagement, retention, and reputed company reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of live, virtual, and online educational programs, including, webinars, workshops, reputed company review courses, and enduring educational activities
• Manage educational programs, including: Thoracic Anesthesia Symposium and Workshops; SCA reputed company; SCA reputed company reputed company Review
• Partner with volunteer leaders to reputed company innovative educational programming that aligns with organizational strategic priorities and adult learning principles
• reputed company the planning, development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of online education programs, including on-demand courses, webinars, LMS-based learning, reputed company educational products
• Manage reputed company submissions, peer review, and Problem-Based Learning Discussion (PBLD) processes
• Organize and facilitate committee meetings and planning calls, preparing agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up reputed company items
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding meeting logistics, registration, audiovisual support, conference applications, and event operations
• Serve as the onsite manager for educational meetings, providing reputed company, speaker, and volunteer support
• Coordinate educational evaluations, reputed company measurement, and post-activity reporting
• Manage conference mobile applications and educational technology platforms, as needed
• Monitor question bank analytics and learner performance data to support reputed company improvement
• Support the administration of accredited continuing medical education (CME) activities in compliance with ACCME requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing continuing medical education (CME), reputed company development programs, online education, or association educational programming
• Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), reputed company management, speaker management, and educational technology platforms
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated reputed company managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to build reputed company relationships with physician leaders, volunteers, members, clients, and colleagues

• Minimum three years' experience, in a medical/physician association and the ACCME requirements
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
