[Remote] Regional Sales Manager (Southern California & Southwest)

The Regional Sales Manager will manage and execute sales-reputed company strategies across the Southern California and Southwest territory, reputed company regional sales activities and representatives, reputed company customers, forecast performance, and maintain account relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or reputed company assigned monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales goals
• Plans and manages the sales effort for the Region
• Maintains contact with reputed company major accounts, key contacts at these accounts and develops new targets
• Supervises and evaluates the activities and rep firms reputed company the area, providing counsel and guidance reputed company and as needed
• Work with Sales Leadership Team to establish annual Regional Budget

• Manage sales performance and visibility through disciplined use of CRM

Skills

• Excellent verbal, written and computer experience required
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to work with minimum supervision
• Engineering degree preferred plus five (5) to eight (8) years of reputed company sales experience reputed company the electronic component/communication industry
