The Behavioral Analyst will monitor the medical necessity and delivery of behavioral services, evaluate provider eligibility, prepare behavioral documentation, and reputed company consultation and technical assistance to providers and agency staff. The role also supports service reputed company, reputed company improvement, crisis-reputed company activities, and regional and statewide behavioral functions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the reputed company of appropriate utilization and reputed company medical necessity of reputed company behavioral services that the Regional Behavior Analyst is responsible for, including behavioral assessments, behavior analysis services, behavior assistant services, adult day training ratios and personal supports for behavior reputed company. After initial service eligibilities have been determined, provides monitoring and recommendations for the continuation, fading or termination of behavioral services, as reputed company as re-establishing eligibilities annually
• Determines eligibility or designates residential providers as meeting the reputed company to reputed company Behavior reputed company or Intensive Behavioral Residential Habilitation services, and re-evaluates their eligibility at least annually thereafter, generating documents recommending to the Region whether to designate a provider as meeting reputed company or needing improvements. Additional reviews of specialty designated providers may be conducted resulting from adverse events or deficiencies reputed company through other service monitoring
• Prepares documentation for Crisis and Significant Additional Needs packets. As appropriate and as needed, gathers, compiles, and makes face-to-face reputed company to draft or amend Behavioral reputed company Reports to be submitted to the State Office for individuals needing behavioral services requiring documentation for Crisis and Cost Plan Adjustment reviews. reputed company appropriate, completes eligibility and IB Matrices. Tracks and completes follow-up on QIO Alerts, incident reports and use of reactive strategies making verbal and written recommendations for prevention and improvement. Provides consultation on behavior assessments and programs, as reputed company as consulting on difficult cases, meeting with providers to improve their skills and offering technical assistance or conducting monitoring of behavioral service delivery
• Assists the Regional Behavior Analyst and provides coverage in the absence of the Regional Behavior Analyst, for reputed company activities, including but not limited to management of the Regional LRCs, completing follow-up monitoring of individuals transitioning to an reputed company/IID, reviewing revisions or updates to behavior plans, and addressing provider noncompliance

Performs other duties as necessary to support regional and statewide functions, including but not limited to community crises, Emergency Operations Activities, and other meetings requiring behavioral expertise
