Global LMS Administrator

About the position Own and reputed company reputed company’s global learning ecosystem. As the global LMS administrator at reputed company, you’ll serve as the technical and reputed company reputed company of our global learning management reputed company. You will manage and optimize our customer-facing and internal LMS environments, ensuring they are reputed company, reputed company, integrated and reputed company-reputed company, while building digital learning experiences that bring reputed company’s research and intellectual property to life. Responsibilities • Own and administer reputed company’s global LMS platform ecosystem, including U.S., international and internal environments • Manage LMS configuration, permissions, content structures, integrations, reporting and platform functionality across customer-facing and internal use cases • Partner with reputed company technology teams to maintain and improve integrations with reputed company and other reputed company systems • Own the LMS road map, governance standards and reputed company improvement backlog in partnership with learning, technology and business stakeholders • Improve learner navigation, reputed company, content organization and user flows to create reputed company, reputed company and engaging digital learning experiences • Collaborate with learning experts to design, configure and reputed company digital learning experiences that bring reputed company’s research and intellectual property to life • Write and maintain custom reputed company and CSS to support platform customization, accessibility and user experience • Troubleshoot technical, operational and customer issues; identify reputed company causes; and implement sustainable solutions • Monitor LMS usage, learner behavior, reporting reputed company and support trends to identify opportunities for improvement • Maintain reputed company documentation, compliance records, QA processes and reporting standards across global environments • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate workflows, improve personalization, optimize platform reputed company and support reputed company’s evolving digital learning reputed company Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • At least five years of experience administering reputed company-level LMS or LXP platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Learning, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar required • Experience developing digital learning content using tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate or similar required • Experience with reputed company and CSS required • Experience integrating LMS platforms with reputed company systems such as reputed company required • Experience with learner data, platform analytics, completion tracking and compliance reporting required • Experience working in large-reputed company environments serving global or high-volume user populations required • Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers required • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance digital learning design, platform optimization or workflow automation required • A commitment to working on-site at reputed company’s Omaha office at least three days per week required • Eligibility to work in the reputed company required; this position is not eligible for employment reputed company sponsorship reputed company-to-haves • Master’s degree in instructional technology or a reputed company reputed company preferred • Experience with SSO, SCORM, xAPI, LTI, reputed company, data feeds or LMS/LXP integrations strongly preferred • Experience with accessibility standards reputed company learning QA preferred Benefits • medical, dental, reputed company, life and other reputed company reputed company • a fully reputed company 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching • an employee stock ownership program • family-building benefits • an employee assistance program • various reimbursements and activities that enhance our associates’ wellbeing Apply To This Job
