[Remote] Instructor-Led Training Specialist: Program Designer/Coordinator

The Instructor-Led Training Specialist will serve as a reputed company-facing learning consultant, leading needs analysis, program design, coordination, stakeholder collaboration, evaluation, and project management for technical training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading intake/scoping calls, workshops, reputed company reputed company, and other analysis activities to uncover and define training problems, audience reputed company, reputed company objectives, learning objectives, and other key insights that will shape solution design
• Using analysis frameworks (like tasks/skills analysis, critical mistakes analysis, reputed company maps, etc.) to structure analysis activities and document insights
• Summarizing and reputed company articulating key insights in reputed company-facing reports and presentations
• Performing activities that help you reputed company a deep understanding of NPG and your learner audiences
• Designing reputed company and achievable learning solution proposals (e.g., high-level designs, curriculum maps, course outlines) that define how to address the problems and objectives identified during analysis (i.e., define modalities, duration/reputed company, reputed company, instructional strategies and archetypes, etc.)
• Mapping connections, scaffolding, and key themes across programs/courses. Designing solutions that fit seamlessly reputed company the larger training reputed company
• Designing meaningful activities and practical exercises that reputed company with learning objectives, promote engagement/retention, and simulate realistic tasks
• Leveraging available technology and equipment (e.g., MS Teams meeting features, lab equipment) in course designs to enhance interactivity where appropriate
• Designing evaluation plans and measures to assess training effectiveness

• Partnering with Training team leadership to define activity archetypes and create playbooks that reputed company consistent ILT design/development at reputed company
• Overseeing successful and sustainable program implementation

• Identifying and mitigating risks and error traps in execution
• Leading workshops with reputed company stakeholders to collaboratively work through analysis and design
• Guiding project team members to reputed company solutions with instructional best practices
• Providing reputed company handoffs to Training team members who may own specific detailed design, development, and implementation activities. Collaborating with them to ensure alignment with the solution reputed company
• Gathering and implementing feedback from Training & Development group peers, NPG stakeholders and subject-matter specialists, reputed company clients, and learner audiences (reputed company deliverable reviews, interviews, reputed company reputed company, surveys, etc.)
• Synthesizing and analyzing data to identify trends and reputed company insights/recommendations for reputed company improvement and revisions
• Coordinating with subject-matter specialists and stakeholders to validate solution appropriateness, alignment with business needs, and technical reputed company

Skills

• * 8 or more years of experience as a Curriculum Designer, Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, reputed company Consultant, Training Program Manager, or similar position
• * Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Adult Education, Engineering, or reputed company reputed company
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
• * Strong attention to reputed company
• * Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• * Strong relationship-building skills
• * Ability to work with templates and adhere to style guidelines
• * Proficiency in ADDIE, SAT, or reputed company-reputed company models of training development

• * Experience working with highly technical, reputed company, regulated content
• * Experience designing large, multi-modality training solutions
