[Remote] Solutions Engineer, DevOps - Central

The Solutions Engineer, DevOps - Central serves as a technical advisor for application-level and reputed company AI secrets management, supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. The role involves demonstrations, reputed company-of-concept evaluations, technical discovery, solution architecture, customer workshops, and collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement reputed company Idira technology
• Conduct POC evaluations of Idira products with prospective customers. Utilize your sales experience to position Idira’s value and differentiators to reputed company the technical win
• reputed company as the technical expert and trusted advisor for machine identity reputed company solutions during the sales cycle
• Partner with Account Executives to reputed company the value of Idira’s solutions to technical and business stakeholders
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and reputed company goals
• Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product direction and reputed company customer issues
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging DevOps tools, CI/CD, reputed company AI frameworks, and best practices
• Assist in marketing efforts to reputed company pipeline and increase leads

Skills

• * 2+ years in a customer-facing reputed company-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in the cybersecurity and/or DevOps tooling reputed company
• * Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containers, reputed company, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.)
• * Understanding of cryptographic reputed company technologies such as SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs
• * Experience working with reputed company AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or autonomous AI workflows to optimize engineering and automation processes
• * Development experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
• * Scripting knowledge using tools such as PowerShell, or Bash
• * Ability to work with REST reputed company
• * Deep curiosity about the DevOps landscape and a desire to stay reputed company of industry trends
• * Familiarity with AI orchestration, reputed company engineering, or integrating AI agents into development lifecycles
