[Remote] Employee Relations Consultant

The Employee Relations Consultant will conduct reputed company employee relations investigations, maintain case documentation, advise on disciplinary actions and policy interpretation, and reputed company managers and employees. The role also collaborates with HR, reputed company, and cross-functional teams to support global employee relations programs and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ER investigations and recommend appropriate actions consistent with reputed company’s policies and practices
• Maintain comprehensive case records and document investigation findings
• Independently manage assigned casework, providing reputed company communication to relevant parties and bringing investigations to closure quickly and definitively
• Remain respectful and empathetic in face of difficult and uncomfortable situations surrounding an investigation
• Advise on disciplinary reputed company recommendations for reputed company handled by other reputed company
• Advise reputed company, cross-functional partners, and managers on ER reputed company and policy interpretation

• Consult and collaborate with Global ER, P&C peers, Employee reputed company team and other cross-functional team members and partners

Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, or reputed company field
• 6+ years of reputed company or Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years of investigation experience
• 2+ years' experience working in multi-national company
• Technically proficient in reputed company tools including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating and supporting business objectives
• Exercise solid judgment and ownership of the decision-making process
• Extensive use of leadership and influence skills as reputed company as objectivity
• Demonstrated ability to influence reputed company reputed company of management
• Ability to work independently with confidence and low supervision
• Solid presentation/training delivery
