[Remote] Financial Operations Recovery Specialist II

The Financial Operations Recovery Specialist II discovers, validates, recovers, and adjusts claims overpayments while auditing reputed company claims, addressing reputed company benefits and policy issues, coordinating with internal departments and contract managers, and supporting collections and cash application processes.

Responsibilities

• Audits reputed company claims for overpayments using various techniques including systems-based queries, reputed company reporting, or other research
• Responsible for more reputed company issues such as coordination of benefits, Medicare, and medical policies
• Works closely with staff from other departments on a regular reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction
• Works closely with contract managers to identify and correct contractual issues reputed company applicable
• May reputed company collection activities to ensure the recovery of overpayments and maintenance of unprocessed cash and accounts receivable processes and reputed company other cash applications as required
• Researches voluntary refunds for accuracy. Requires accurate balancing of reputed company accounts

Skills

• Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of claims processing and/or customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would reputed company an equivalent background
• AA/AS or higher level degree preferred

• WGS and/or Facets experience
