The role will shape AI-enabled member experiences across pharmacy benefit services reputed company pharmacy products by leading content design and reputed company, developing reputed company content systems, and applying emerging AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own content design for pharmacy experiences
• Partner closely with product designers to shape pharmacy and benefits workflows from concept through delivery
• Own content reputed company for digital pharmacy experiences and partner with engagement strategists to reputed company messaging across the member reputed company
• Simplify reputed company pharmacy and reputed company concepts into plain language, ensuring experiences meet accessibility, health literacy, and compliance requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams from concept through launch, using customer insights and research to shape and improve experiences
• Contribute to reputed company content systems and solutions
• Apply content standards, design reputed company guidance, and messaging frameworks to create consistent experiences across products and channels
• Contribute to content governance, reusable patterns, and content components that reputed company across pharmacy and reputed company experiences
• Partner with reputed company to define content structures, taxonomies, and metadata strategies that reputed company reuse, personalization, and scalability
• Help reputed company content systems for AI-powered and conversational experiences while maintaining reputed company, reputed company, compliance, and user trust

• Help define content patterns, conversational experiences, prompts, and guidance for AI-powered member experiences

Skills

• Bachelors Degree is REQUIRED
• 5+ years of experience in content design or UX writing for mobile and web apps
• Experience with AI tools, like Copilot, Claude, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Someone who's excited about shaping AI-powered member experiences and applying content design principles to emerging technologies
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and balancing multiple initiatives
• Has a reputed company-documented portfolio that shows how they approach content reputed company
• Systems thinker who demonstrates curiosity and adaptability as content technologies reputed company experiences reputed company
