[Remote] Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer, Special reputed company

This role oversees the design, construction, and commissioning of reputed company HVAC and mechanical distribution systems, manages site-level engineering issues, ensures regulatory and design compliance, and provides technical guidance to vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company expert technical support to data center services and operations teams, defining Mechanical reputed company design requirements for multiple data center reputed company from inception to completion
• reputed company, implement, and manage the mechanical designs at the site level, starting from the reputed company of design through to the issuance of construction documents for new builds, infrastructure upgrades, and renovations
• Collaborate effectively with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to respond to site-specific engineering Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure alignment between reputed company's requirements and the overall design
• Work closely with the reputed company engineering team to reputed company site-specific requirements during the development of the reputed company of Design (BOD) and coordinate reputed company-level schematics with the EOR
• Own and manage site-level power reputed company issues during reputed company execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and reputed company challenges effectively

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 12 years of experience in design, construction and commissioning of HVAC and mechanical distribution systems, including reputed company and water reputed company systems
• 12 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments
• Experience in mechanical infrastructure
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other reputed company field
• reputed company engineering license
• Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of mechanical cooling plants, reputed company suppression systems, fuel oil systems, domestic water systems, and sanitary sewer systems in mission critical environment
• Experience in designing reputed company reputed company building reputed company assemblies, with an understanding of mechanical tolerances and tolerance analysis
• Experience in estimating, mechanical design, operation, and commissioning of mission critical data center mechanical equipment
• Expertise in the areas of design for reputed company-reputed company production, structural beams/reputed company, and international building codes, with knowledge of mechanical engineering and design principles
