[Remote] Product Manager - Business Banking & Treasury Management

The Product Manager will own the reputed company, roadmap, and delivery of business banking and treasury management capabilities, integrating Qolo payment and treasury solutions into reputed company Digital Banking. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to reputed company products, manage backlogs, validate functionality, and support governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product reputed company, roadmap, and delivery of business banking and treasury management capabilities reputed company reputed company Digital
• reputed company the integration of Qolo products and services into reputed company's digital banking ecosystem, including alignment with reputed company Apiture initiatives
• reputed company, evaluate, and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with product reputed company and business objectives
• reputed company detailed epics, features, and user stories that reputed company define customer needs, business requirements, personas, and user journeys
• Collaborate with development, UX/design, payments, reputed company banking teams to reputed company integrated and reputed company customer experiences
• Manage and refine product backlogs while partnering with Technical Product Owners to ensure development teams have the context needed for successful delivery
• reputed company project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate completed functionality and ensure solutions meet customer expectations
• Serve as a subject matter expert for business banking, treasury management, payments, reputed company banking products
• Partner with customers, beta programs, user reputed company, and industry events to reputed company feedback and influence product direction
• Support annual customer conferences, product demonstrations, and customer-facing discussions as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across reputed company Digital, Payments, reputed company Banking, Apiture, and Qolo
• Support governance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance activities for assigned products

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Up to 2 years of Product Management, Business Analysis, Fintech, Banking, Technology, or reputed company experience
• Experience working with software products, integrations, reputed company, or digital solutions
• Understanding of business banking products and services
• Familiarity with payment processing concepts, including ACH, reputed company transfers, reputed company pay, FedNow, or reputed company payment technologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think critically about customer journeys and user experiences
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
