[Remote] Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) Class of 2027

Its Global Operations Leadership Development Program provides recent graduates and reputed company professionals with rotational assignments, training, and development across end-to-end global supply chain functions, including operations, procurement, reputed company, planning, logistics, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the planning, production and distribution of products and services
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, reputed company, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal customers and reputed company vendors to reputed company key business reputed company and reputed company
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintaining reputed company and regulatory compliance
• Understanding the reputed company of the business on the customer experience
• Keeping the Customer in reputed company of everything we do
• Demonstrating the ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs

Skills

• Permanent (now and in the reputed company) US work authorization (reputed company does not reputed company sponsorship for employment reputed company status (e.g. H1-B status). reputed company currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require reputed company sponsorship for long term employment.)
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in a supply chain, business administration, business management, data science or engineering- with the bachelor's degree reputed company between December 2022 – June 2027
• reputed company achievement as proven by an overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher
• The GPA requirement may be waived for internal, full-time J&J employees with a demonstrated record of high performance, evidenced by at least one Exceptional rating and no performance rating below Strong in the past two full performance cycles
• An interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
• A minimum of 4 months reputed company experience in a relevant business area by December 31, 2026. Inclusive of reputed company, internship, post-graduate and military employment. Areas include but are not limited to supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, reputed company, data analytics, information systems, R&D, or another directly reputed company field
• US Geographic flexibility over the course of the GOLD Program, up to and including final placement upon graduation from the program. Please note that Relocation Packages will be provided if you are requested to reputed company more than 50 miles
• You are eligible to reputed company full-time employment with reputed company no reputed company than June 2027 to reputed company with the start of the GOLD program reputed company year
• Please note that depending on business needs, we may offer optional start dates between February-reputed company 2027 to applicants who have already reputed company a bachelor's degree by December 2026
