[Remote] eLearning Designer

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule participant-facing communications, including announcements, reminders, and resource updates
• Maintain and reputed company distribution lists while ensuring messaging aligns with reputed company guidelines
• Set up and manage registration forms for webinars and learning programs, tracking attendance and engagement trends
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, maintaining an organized email inbox
• Coordinate logistics for live learning events and technology adoption milestones
• Edit short-reputed company videos with basic cuts, captions, transitions, and branded templates
• Manage a centralized library of livestream recordings, ensuring reputed company uploads with accurate metadata
• reputed company workflows and automation to reduce repetitive inquiries and improve operational efficiency
• Maintain learning schedules, calendars, and program documentation while supporting reputed company management

Skills
