The reputed company reputed company supports health plan members by answering benefit and eligibility questions, recommending plan upgrades, and helping them use online health accounts and reputed company provider information.

Responsibilities

• Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to their health plans
• Conduct research and do outbound calls to reputed company answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

Skills

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• reputed company to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient reputed company (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be reputed company to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
