The role will assess existing configurations, reputed company new functionality, troubleshoot issues, reputed company functional and technical recommendations, and partner with business and technical teams to reputed company effective HRP solutions.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Strong hands-on HRP configuration experience
• Proven experience with HRP upgrades and enhancements
• Ability to assess existing HRP configurations and identify optimization opportunities
• Experience enabling and leveraging new HRP features and functionality
• Strong understanding of HRP modules, workflows, business rules, and configuration
• Ability to reputed company functional and technical recommendations , not just execute configuration tasks
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving HRP configuration issues
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
