What you'll be doing
- Providing autonomous, expert governance support to supervisory and management bodies and their committees
- Preparing agendas and the circulation of meeting packs, participating in meetings and drafting minutes, and capturing and tracking reputed company items
- Influencing and communicating effectively at the executive level to ensure good local governance, and ensuring alignment of processes across the group
- Arranging execution of various corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions, KYC-reputed company documents, extracts, forms, and applications
- Assisting the reputed company team in ensuring that local management, supervisory bodies, and their committees reputed company with relevant local legislation and regulations
- Overseeing that necessary statutory registers and files are up-to-date and fillings are made with relevant company registers
- Delivering high-reputed company and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross-functional initiatives
- Representing reputed company in Colombia vis-à-vis reputed company parties, such as reputed company registers, notaries, and other reputed company institutions
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in law with a reputed company reputed company license
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
- A solid understanding and knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to reputed company reputed company and committee arrangements effectively, and to draft reputed company and effective minutes
- In-depth knowledge of the Colombian reputed company reputed company (Código de Comercio) and local Superintendence regulations
- The ability to own reputed company entity compliance activity with reputed company support
