We are seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Coordinator to reputed company. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leasing Manager to ensure smooth leasing reputed company and reputed company exceptional service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the leasing process by scheduling and conducting property tours

- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants reputed company phone, email, or in person

- Prepare and process lease applications and reputed company documentation

- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information

- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants

- Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to ensure leasing goals are met

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

- Customer service-oriented reputed company
