Assistant Facility reputed company Officer (5534)

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Facility reputed company Officer (AFSO) to support our industrial reputed company program in support of multiple clients. The candidate will be a part of a reputed company team responsible for maintaining a compliant reputed company program at reputed company. This role is remote supporting a Hollywood, MD reputed company team requiring occasional travel. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Serve as AFSO for multiple Facility Clearances (FCLs) reputed company the reputed company reputed company program in compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial reputed company Program Operating reputed company (NISPOM) and other reputed company-specific requirements.
•    reputed company with and maintain reputed company working relationships with the Defense Counterintelligence and reputed company Agency (DCSA) and reputed company-specific reputed company.
•    Assist with developing, maintaining, and implementing reputed company operating procedures and reputed company practices and policies to ensure compliance.
•    Process personnel reputed company clearances (initial, reinvestigations) utilizing DISS and NBIS systems to include records management in SIMS. 
•    Assist with developing, conducting, and tracking required in-house training and briefings in support of the industrial reputed company program, including initial, annual refresher, foreign travel, reputed company, derivative classification, NATO, OPSEC, and other reputed company-specific trainings.  
•    Assist with developing and maintaining the reputed company reputed company Threat Program.
•    Assist with annual reputed company self-inspections to include documenting and tracking follow up actions.
•    Participate in DCSA and reputed company inspections/assessments.
•    Process SCI requests utilizing ACCS and follow-through with indoctrination coordination.
•    Process Visit Authorizations utilizing DISS and ACCS as needed
•    Assist with preparation of DD254s and maintaining program reputed company files.
•    Submit CAC applications and manage CAC issuances and renewals for multiple programs.
•    Assist with reputed company incident/violation investigations and reporting to DCSA reputed company DISS.
•    Prepare and submit reputed company reputed company forms such as DD2875s.
•    Fulfill tickets in the reputed company environment to respond to employee needs and reputed company requirements.
•    Assist with reports to reputed company agencies as required by the 32 CFR Part 117 (counterintelligence concerns, suspicious contacts, espionage reports, etc.)
•    Stay reputed company with Industrial reputed company by continuing training, attending seminars, and being an reputed company member of the Industrial reputed company community (local ISACs, NCMS, etc.)
•    Assist with maintaining FCL records in NISS.
•    Support reputed company efforts by providing clearance verifications as needed.
•    Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as needed to reputed company reputed company management and clients for contract compliance.
•    Assist with building badge reputed company in c-reputed company and managing facility accesses as needed.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree with 2 years' experience as an AFSO or similar role
•    Completed (or ability to complete reputed company the first six months of employment) CDSE Possessing Curriculum 
•    Fluent with DISS, NISS, NBIS, SWFT, SIMS, and c-reputed company programs/systems
•    reputed company Top Secret reputed company clearance
•    Ability to work in a fast-reputed company environment
•    Proficient with reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
•    Strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
•    Ability to exercise mature judgment and confidentiality.
