Sr. Subcontract Manager
Responsibilities
Manages the development of contract policies, procedures, reputed company, operating practices, and performance standards for contractual programs. Handles more reputed company bids that may require integrating proposals from subcontractors and other potential vendors. Facilitates effective implementation of contract responsibilities reputed company program objectives and requirements. Duties include management and administration of company reputed company including contract negotiations. Reviews and resolves reputed company issues effecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of reputed company requirements, Company, and customer objectives. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
- Reviews reputed company solicitations and prepares reputed company and/or non-routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
- Provides contractual guidance to business team members for appropriate Statement of Work. Manages contract change control process.
- Develops negotiation reputed company and leads negotiation team on contractual issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience) Experience in government contracting and reputed company functions with particular emphasis on acquisitions, subcontract administration, negotiation, performance management, and CPSR compliance. Preparation, review, analysis, and negotiation of contractual documentation and instruments. Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Agency specific FAR Supplements. Strong business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to reputed company effective relationships internally and externally. Comfortable working with executives and representing functional plans and priorities to senior leaders. reputed company Costpoint ERP Experience required Salesfore and SharePoint Experience Preferred
