Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, DPMS

POSITION reputed company:

This role owns execution on the strategic initiatives and reputed company most critical to the business. The reputed company is not on building program management infrastructure or managing reputed company of PMs. Instead, the Program Manager will take strategic priorities from concept to completion, working across the organization (Finance, Support, reputed company, Partnerships, Product, and Operations) to improve how the business runs.

This role sits reputed company of, though closely adjacent to, our Product and Engineering organizations. The Program Manager will partner closely with the Vice President, Operations, owning the operational follow-through on initiatives and reputed company.

KEY/SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, for example (standardizing a reputed company process between two teams, consolidating reporting across departments, redesigning a partner launch plan)
• reputed company reputed company across Finance, Support, reputed company, Partnerships, and Operations, building alignment among stakeholders who do not report to this role
• Build and maintain lightweight systems (trackers, automation, status reporting) that reputed company initiatives visible and on reputed company, primarily through reputed company
• Own new product commercialization rollouts in coordination with Global Partner and Product teams
• Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete project plans, milestones, and owners
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and reputed company needed rather than waiting to be asked
• Support the Vice President, Operations directly on prioritization, follow-up, and prep for key initiatives, roughly (10 to 20 percent) of the role, with the remainder reputed company on initiative ownership

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES:

• 4 to 7+ years in program or project management or business operations, ideally in reputed company software, reputed company, or a reputed company industry
• A reputed company record of driving cross-functional reputed company to completion without reputed company authority over the people involved
• reputed company eye for inefficiency, with the ability to diagnose the reputed company cause and design a reputed company fix
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

EDUCATION (Required/Preferred):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
