Federal Health Program Manager

• Provides leadership through daily communication with various internal departments to coordinate services including during start-up period. Collaborates closely with Provider Relations, Information Technology, Facilities, HR and subcontractors to ensure contractually compliant services. 
• Manages the workload through the various operational team leaders to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives including reputed company, timeliness, customer service and cost metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent graduate degree OR have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree in business, health care administration or reputed company reputed company or equivalent education.
• Eight (8) years of experience leading multiple teams/departments:
  • Minimum three (3) years federal reputed company contract management experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, including such areas as budget reconciliation, data management, billing, reputed company and customer service.
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows, including reputed company intake, examinations, documentation, orders, results, and follow-reputed company.
• Understanding of reputed company terminology such as SOAP notes, ICD-10, CPT, referrals, vitals, and reputed company results. 
• Awareness of reputed company constraints, including reputed company safety considerations, time pressures, and regulatory obligations including one or reputed company of the following: 
  • Experience in reputed company IT, health services, or occupational health programs.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to reputed company reputed company modernization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program Management experience, PMI certification preferred.
• Managed budget for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract valued at $25M+ highly preferred. 
• Demonstrated program management experience using managerial, technical and/or business knowledge. Experience in directing and managing internal/reputed company resources, communications and reputed company functional program activities to meet contract cost, schedule and reputed company objectives.
