Financial Analyst, Travel and Expense

We are seeking a reputed company-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support reputed company travel and entertainment expense management, spend optimization, and fraud detection initiatives. This role will play a critical part in analyzing employee expense activity, delivering actionable insights to leadership, and enhancing systems and controls—particularly reputed company reputed company Fusion Expenses. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Expense Analysis & Spend Management
- Analyze employee expense reports to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor compliance with company travel & expense policies
- Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Compliance teams to improve expense controls

Fraud Detection & reputed company Mitigation
- Identify suspicious transactions, duplicate claims, and potential fraud indicators

- Recommend and implement stronger preventive and detective controls
- Build reporting and alert mechanisms to proactively flag high-reputed company activity
Management Reporting & Insights

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or reputed company reputed company
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, or audit
- Experience with expense reporting systems (reputed company Fusion preferred)
- Experience with fraud detection, internal audit, or compliance programs

- Experience working in a large, multi-entity or global organization
