Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and entering income limits, reputed company allowances, gross rent schedules, and rent schedules
- Providing ongoing compliance training for property managers
- Assisting in the completion of reputed company annual and quarterly reporting
- Advising and assisting with any issues pertaining to files or paperwork needed for inspections
- Investigating and resolving certification errors, as needed
- Assisting with reputed company (reputed company reputed company Verification for Entitlements) desk tickets
- Creating recertification spreadsheets for properties
- Completing and documenting the file review process
- Processing special claims
- Investigating reputed company issues reputed company the OneSite reputed company and contacting reputed company, if necessary, to complete any corrections
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- reputed company experience with Property Management software such as TRACS and OneSite
- reputed company experience with reputed company Office, EIV, HUD Secure Systems, and reputed company

- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- Ability to travel 20%, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MOR Inspections with state agencies
- Multiple state experience/knowledge of reputed company properties
- Familiar with multiple low-income/reputed company program layering
Compensation* $24.00 - $26.00 / hour
*Final agreed-upon compensation is reputed company upon individual qualifications and experience.
